Let’s face it, most people hate performance appraisals (even HRs!). Yet, businesses continue to do them year after year. Is performance review a necessary evil? Or are there better ways for us to get timely feedback that are actually helpful?

- Understand the reasons behind performance reviews
- See the shortcomings of current HR policies and practices
- Explore and create different practices and methods that allow us to get timely feedback that are actually helpful
